RESOLUTION 1996-04
TOWN OF GRANT
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR ZONING ISSUES
WHEREAS, the Town of Grant charges certain fees for zoning applications;
and
WHEREAS, the Town of Grant has determined it to be necessary to increase
those fees now being charged.
NOW THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO BE ADOPTED
BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE
TOWN OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOW:
1. An Administration
fee will be charged for every application according to the following schedule:
Minor Subdivision
$ 100.00
Major Subdivision:
3-9 lots
$150.00
10 or more lots
$ 200.00
All other zoning issues
$ 160.00
2. An Application
fee will be charged for every application according to the following schedule:
Minor Subdivision
$ 180.00 plus $25 per lot
Major Subdivision
$ 700.00 plus $25 per lot
All other zoning Issues
$ 150.00
3 An escrow to cover expenses incurred with regard to the request will
be collected at the time of application according to the
following schedule:
Minor Subdivision
$400.00
Major Subdivision
Estimated at time of application
All other zoning issues
$ 400.00
4. Money placed in escrow at the time of application will not be returned
for a period of up to one year from the date of application, or
in the case of a minor or major subdivision until the project has been
completed and all necessary disbursements made.
Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Grant this 2nd day of April,
1996.
