RESOLUTION 1999-11

CITY OF GRANT
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT (MINOR SUBDIVISION) FOR CLELLAN DAVIS AND

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,

WHEREAS, Mr. Kuslich and Mr. Davis propose to realign a lot line between two (2) parcels of land owned by Mr. Kuslich.
Specifically, Mr. Kuslich owns those parcels of land referred to as Parcel 2 and Parcel 3.  The common line between Parcels 2
and 3 would be realigned to the west approximately ten (10.0) feet (thus enlarging Parcel 2 to approximately 10.24 acres); and,

WHEREAS, the newly enlarged Parcel 2 would then be transferred to Mr. Davis and combined with Parcel 1, thus giving Mr.
Davis a single parcel of land at least twenty (20.0) acres in size; and,

WHEREAS, Mr. Kuslich's remaining Parcel 3 would also be at least twenty (20.0) acres in size; and,

WHEREAS, the Applicants appeared at a Planning Commission meeting on September 27, 1999. The Planning Commission
recommended approval of the minor subdivision subject to certain conditions; and,

WHEREAS, the Applicants appeared at a City Council meeting on October 5, 1999, and upon motion duly made and passed, the
lot line rearrangement (minor subdivision) was approved conditioned on the following:

              1.       Parcels 1 and 2 to be owned by Mr. Davis will be legally combined into one (1) tax parcel with one (1)
              separate tax identification number.

              2.       No new density units are created as a result of this lot line rearrangement (minor subdivision)

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Grant that the lot line rearrangement (minor subdivision) request is hereby
approved subject to the conditions listed herein.
